Computer pattern machine is almost 24 hours a day continuous high-speed operation. However, in the process of use, it is inevitably disturbed and influenced by the ambient temperature, humidity, dust and magnetic field, which will challenge the stability and reliability of the machine operation; light will lead to wire break, short circuit and other faults, heavy will lead to pattern deformation and product scrap. 1: Occasionally, the computer pattern machine will have an irregular error disconnection alarm
The computer pattern machine sometimes has the situation of untimely wrong disconnection and disorderly alarm, sometimes four or five times a day, sometimes two days, but there is no rule. The repairmen have tried to replace the decoding board, 12V and 5V power switches, but they have no effect. After careful inspection, it is found that this machine uses the improved electric control system of the old generation DAHAO 91, in which the disconnection detection and the jumping electromagnet drive are separated. The repairman carefully checked that there was no short circuit between 9 pin signal wires, and there was no phenomenon of rubbing the casing. After hearing that the operator said that the machine has been using the needle, recently because of changing to do more color orders, there are frequent false alarms. Therefore, the maintenance personnel measured the positive and negative resistance of the needle and other needle signals, and found that one group of them had abnormal resistance. Theoretically, it should not be electrified because there are diodes isolated and connected in parallel. Open all the machine heads for detection, and finally found that one signal line of 8 machine head fell off, just on the common foot, so when the machine was working vibration, sometimes there was no contact, sometimes contact, then irregular false alarm phenomenon appeared.
2: The problem of cotton thread difficult to embroider
It is easy to break the thread when the machine is started. First of all, we should solve the key problem of cotton thread embroidery. The smaller the loose position (half tooth) of the take-up bar is, the better. Of course, the position should also be adjusted accurately. The smaller the loose position of the black glue, the better. It can be judged by pressing the presser foot once. The position of the top and bottom dead center should be accurate. It's very important to keep the track smooth. There should be no feeling of jamming when pulling the line. Of course, it can't be adjusted too loose. The line will pile up and break when it's adjusted too tight. The bottom line should also be loosened, but don't reverse the bottom line. The spring force of the induction spring is different from that of the induction spring of each machine head, so each machine head should be adjusted, some of which should be large, some of which should be small, and also have a great relationship with the stroke of the induction spring. The stroke of the induction spring can be determined by adjusting the copper strip. Choose the right embroidery needle according to the thickness of the thread. The shuttle bed should be adjusted 2-deg; in advance, the 202-deg; should be adjusted at 200-deg; and the contact distance between the needle and the shuttle tip should be as small as possible. When debugging, do not turn on all the heads, just 5 & deg; each time.
3: Self made tools to solve the problem of difficult synchronization
Perfect synchronization is a necessary requirement for every computer pattern machine. However, many debugged machine synchronization is not satisfactory. No matter how good the instrument is, there are about 2-deg; errors in the synchronization. Because the drive block stroke driven by the lower dead center is only about 0.003 2 mm, such a small error can not be precisely locked. When adjusting, if using a self-made special tool, we can use the middle point method for synchronous debugging. The adjustment is very simple. First, release the drive cam, then lock the spindle at a certain angle, put the tool under the drive block, adjust the screw to half loose state (slide up and down with slight force), place the No. 1 adjusting head under the driving block, turn the cam to the lower dead point, and lock the screw. Then turn the cam to lift the drive block to the No. 2 adjusting head, turn the No. 2 adjusting head to the bottom of the drive block, turn the cam to make the drive block press lightly on the No. 2 adjusting head, and lock the cam screw. Such a head adjustment is completed, and other operations are performed in sequence. The synchronous error adjusted by this method is only 0.5-deg; at most. The reason is that there is a stroke of 0.37 mm per revolution at the middle point, which is about 114 times different from the error measured directly at the lower dead point. The lower dead point is only about 0.003 2 mm per revolution. Moreover, the working efficiency of this method is quite high, without repeated measurement, a 10 head machine can complete the operation in tens of minutes.
4: Color change or needle position abnormality of computer pattern machine
The color change abnormality of the computer pattern machine mainly includes the following aspects: the color change is not in place, the color change is not in place, the color change exceeds the limit, the color change exceeds two seconds, and the color change half rotation abnormality. In case of abnormal needle position, the color change cam on the color change box can be turned with a wrench. If there is a feeling of jamming, it is generally that the needle bar of a certain machine head does not go back up, or the thread take-up bar falls down, or the height or gap between the driving teeth and the thread take-up teeth on the drive wheel is not correct. If it's easy to pull it up, and you can drive when you reach the needle position, it may be that the color change power board is faulty. Normally, the two indicator lights on the needle position detection board on the color change box are on. If the upper part is not bright, the lower part will not be bright, and it will appear. If pin position abnormality (or e-57) occurs, it is mostly due to pin position detection board fault, or there is a problem with the main board, or it may be caused by the decoding board. In case of abnormal color change, first check whether all connectors on the power board are connected firmly. If there is damage to the connector plug, replace the damaged connector plug. Secondly, check whether the fuse on the power board is fused. If it is, replace the fuse. When there is a color change clockwise, but not anticlockwise, or anticlockwise, and not clockwise, the method is the same as above. The color can be changed in the same direction or the opposite direction, but it needs to be removed if the limit is exceeded after each color change
